Standard Order Dispatch :
- Ships in 1 Business Day Products: Orders placed prior to 10am will be dispatched same business dayPlease note we only dispatch orders Monday to Friday. Your order will be dispatched the next business day for all orders placed after 10am.
- Ships in 3-5 Business Days Products : If your order has product/s that leave the warehouse within 3-5 business days, your order will be shipped within 5 full business days from placing your order.
- Bulky Products : Bulky products ship from a separate warehouse and will be dispatched within 2 to 4 business days from placing your order.
- We charge one shipping rate of $9.95 per order regardless of the number of items in your order or your location in Brooklyn, NY, although some exceptions do apply*. Products marked as bulky cannot be shipped using our standard $9.95 shipping, shipping for these items is calculated at the checkout.
- Once your order is dispatched you will receive an email with tracking information which can be viewed on the carrier website at any time. Please note that due to tracking links contained in these emails if you have not received it after 3 days please check your Spam folder.
- Orders are shipped Monday to Friday every week of the year.
- We utilise a variety of carriers including Australia Post and various Couriers depending on your location.
- Peace of Mind Insurance is offered at the checkout and covers your order for Loss, Theft or Damage whilst in transit. Orders where insurance is not purchased are covered up to a maximum of $50 by the carrier. Toy Universe will not reimburse, resend or refund uninsured orders.
- Tracking numbers are updated by email and on your order status page at 6pm Australian Eastern Standard Time.
- The following delivery times are average times in which you should receive your order, on most occasions you will receive your order earlier than the times specified.
